The first 100 hours explore every aspect of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Each student will experience new depths of understanding and rise to embody the teachings in a profound way. The life affirming teachings of Freedom Yoga seek to empower those who wish to align more fully with their heart’s desire.
This path invites us to discover and become who we truly are and gain detailed understanding of safe alignment.
Tantric Yoga Philosophy and Vision with a focus on sacred texts, Yoga History, Yoga Methodology, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, Mantra, Anatomy, Alignment and refined movement as it relates to yoga asana.
Part Two: The Art of Teaching
September 18-19, October 9-11, November 6-8, December 4-6, January 15-17
In the second 100 hours we use the practices, theoretical and practical knowledge to develop the skills necessary to be great yoga teachers, including lots of hands on practice! Skilled, highly trained, experienced teachers provide individualized attention and instruction in a small group setting.
