            ANNE BONNER

Anne Bonner has practiced yoga for twenty-six years.  Yoga is central to her ability to thrive while engaging in vigorous physical activities.  Yoga has also played a critical role in her ability to learn from and create harmony with her past injuries.   She has a 200-hour RYT certification.  Anne has a BA in South Asian Languages and Literature and studied Hindi, Urdu, and Sanskrit.  She has an MA in Third World Development Support, a Juris Doctorate, and is a member of the Oregon Bar Association.  

Anne has studied yoga and yoga teacher training with Sandy Adler, Michele Bulgatz, and Sarahjoy Marsh.  For Anne there is no “off the mat,” there’s just a bigger mat, with beautiful mountains, trees, lakes and delicious food.

Anne is currently teaching Evening Rhythms & Restoration, an asana practice intended to draw awareness to the grounding rhythms of evening, which balance the active energies of daytime with the nourishing repose of night.
