Emily Ridout Is a yogini, folklorist, filmmaker, and writer. She believes that a yoga practice offers a path toward mental, physical, and emotional resilience. A growing love of yoga since youth led her to complete her first teacher training in Hyderabad, India, 2009. Continued practice led her to study with Sandy Adler and Michele Bulgatz in Eugene, Oregon to complete a second training, 2015.
Emily loves her own practice and believes it is an honor to guide group practices at Freedom Yoga. She is dedicated to crafting practices that help the body flourish, and that focus on safe principles of alignment.
