Gail Fischer started practicing yoga in a lunch time yoga class about four years ago. She soon discovered the transformative powers of yoga and meditation first hand and much to her own surprise she became a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher in 2013.
She now enjoys sharing this powerful practice with her students by incorporating playfulness and humor into her classes as well as focusing on building strength and flexibility inside and out. She continues to learn from her teachers and her students. Gail's radiant smile is infectious. You will love her!
When Gail is not practicing yoga she enjoys gardening, cooking, biking and traveling.
