KELSEY BRITTON

Kelsey has been practicing Hatha yoga for 8 years. Her classes wish to celebrate the uniqueness in each individual, and to facilitate a safe space where embodiment feels natural and vibrant. She has found that when connecting with the wisdom of the body, opportunities for healing arise. Yoga has helped her to be fearless in authentic expression, and she hopes to help others strengthen trust in their own inner voice. Kelsey was instructed through a 200hr training with her teacher Sarahjoy Marsh in Spring 2015. The inspired theme of finding harmony with one's innermost self is central to her teaching inspiration and process.
