MEDITATION – establish a twice daily practice, an effortless.
CHANT – experience heart-expanding emotions and learn sacred text singing.
BREATH WORK OR TONING – loosening of resistance of emotional patterns
MOVEMENT EXERCISES – to keep the body strong, flexible, and in alignment. stress
PHILOSOPHY – study ancient sacred texts of Kashmir that will deepen your understanding of present day life.
CONTEMPLATION – on important issues of life, family, conflicts, health, laughter, joy, and listening.
Study with Sandy and solidify a meditation practice that is easy to learn and will progress with steadiness and knowledge to support and inspire a daily practice. You will explore the nourishing energy of the great Self, which in fact is your very own source of deepest love. Become stable and strong in the face of life's challenges. You will receive many secondary practices which will deepen your understanding of the great mysteries of life and your own unique goodness.
These courses are for Everyone, from the beginner to the long term meditater.
